Ingredients

8 oz. water

1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice (about 1 tsp)

1-2 dashes cayenne pepper

2 turns of freshly ground sea salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a glass or shaker bottle and stir or shake to combine.
