For those of you who have been to Tim Horton’s and have experienced an Iced Capp first hand, you know what heavenly deliciousness it is. For those of you who have never had the pleasure of experiencing one, I’ll give ya some perspective. When my boyfriend and I were doing long distance and he lived in Canada and I was living in the United States (where there were no Tim Horton’s), sometimes I was more excited to visit Canada to get an Iced Capp at Timmy’s than to see him. He was a really close second, though, I promise. I mean, I did move here for him, and I despise the cold.
BUT, the drawback. Iced Capps unfortunately are basically a giant cream and sugar slushy with a little coffee. Boooooooo. Not so great for the tummy. So I decided to take matters into my own hands. Enter my pride and joy. I’m SO PROUD OF THIS RECIPE. I’m literally obsessed with it. My boyfriend (who doesn’t like coffee) even specifically requests this drink which NEVER HAPPENS.

Enticed yet? Seriously people. It’s so easy to make!!! Just throw everything into a blender and BOOM you have an instant low-calorie, dairy and refined sugar-free drink that tastes like a dessert. You’re welcome.
Dairy and Refined Sugar-Free Iced Coffee Slushy (Iced Capp for all my fellow Tim Horton’s lovers)

Ingredients
- ¾ cup cold coffee (I like Starbucks Blonde Roast)
- ½ Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp Organika Collagen Powder
- ¼ cup Silk Unsweetened Original Cashew Milk
- 7 ice cubes
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until a slushy consistency has been reached.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
